Description of Action |
|
The Dania Beach Housing Authority is requesting that the City Commission grant a waiver of the “Payment in Lieu of Taxes” (“P.I.L.O.T.”) for all DBHA owned properties within the boundaries of the City on a permanent basis, subject to a provision that provides for termination of the waiver as to any one or more properties, if any one or more such DBHA property is sold. |
